What is The Ponder Lab?
The Ponder Lab, initially established in The Netherlands in 2020, provides design services and information via its website, its LinkedIn Page and other platforms which may be added or removed at any time.

Every effort has been made to create the contents of The Ponder Lab’s pages with the utmost care and accuracy. However, I reserve the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Links that lead to third-party websites lead to content of those websites. The Ponder Lab has no influence on the content therein provided, and the fact that it is linked to The Ponder Lab does not render it The Ponder Lab’s material.

Free Work
With free work, it is understood that The Ponder Lab offers free graphic design or branding services. At the moment, this involves two services;
• free audit (only voluntarily)
• free mockup (upon request)
This free work is really free of cost, but is done for acquisitional purposes only. Thus, it cannot be combined with or used as a discount for work described in a proposal.
The client understands that as the work is free, the designer will have no obligation to execute it within a specific time limit and that the designer reserves the right to reject the project altogether.
Once delivered, the client understands that the collaboration for this project has reached its end. While the client is, at this point, free to do what they want with the deliverable, the designer will retain the right to use the delivered work for the purpose of recognition and promotion of The Ponder Lab (including but not limited to the designer's portfolio or any number of third-party websites such as Instagram, Behance and/or LinkedIn). If the client wants to request any changes in the form of variations or revisions, this will not be free and will require the designer to send the client a proposal.
